Terms and Conditions – Coach Talking Services
By booking and paying for Coach Talking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Non-Refundable Payment
All coaching sessions are 100% non-refundable. Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Scheduling Policy
Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled coaching session on the agreed date and time.
Missed Appointments
If you miss your scheduled session, you must contact a team member as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
Rescheduling Policy
If you miss your scheduled date, scheduling can be adjusted if you speak with a team member. One rescheduling opportunity may be granted based on availability.
Multiple Rescheduling Fees
If a client requires more than two rescheduled appointments, a $5 rescheduling fee will be required before another session can be scheduled.
Client Information Requirement
For scheduling and communication purposes, clients must provide their full name, email address, and phone number.
No Medical Services Provided
Coach Talking services do not provide therapy, psychiatric care, counseling, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions, and no medications are prescribed or provided.

By enrolling in any coaching class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment & Refunds
The coaching class fee is $75 per course. You may enroll in one course or multiple courses. All payments are 100% non-refundable. Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Scheduling Policy
Coaching classes are scheduled twice per month. Standard class dates are typically held on the 5th and the 15th of each month. Scheduling is subject to availability.
Scheduling Process
After payment is received, a team member will contact you and provide available class dates. Every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule based on the available session options.
Missed Sessions & Rescheduling
If you miss your first scheduled class date, a $10 fee will be required to be placed into the next available class date.
